Algorithm for Contacting the Medical Organization
Upon arrival, the Patient presents the following documents for issuing vouchers and accommodation at the Spa Hotel:
- for foreign citizens:
- foreign passport with a valid visa on the territory of the Russian Federation,
- migration card;
- other documents necessary for spa treatment and stay in the sanatorium, the need for which the Patient is considered aware before signing the contract.
